    Do you have more leather belts, belt buckles, leather bracelets, etc. available?
    Yes, we do. Many more of our products are available at our location. The reason we do not have them on our website is due to limited quantity. So if you like what you see on our website and want to see our entire inventory, come on down to our store at the Fashion District in Los Angeles!

    Are all your products made out of real leather?
    Yes, they are! Cut from high quality cowhide, you can see the flesh side on our belts that shows genuine character such as range and stretch marks. Furthermore, all our leather goods are made by us in Los Angeles, California, USA.

    How do I find out my belt sizing?
    Belt sizes are determined from the tip to the middle hole. Therefore, the best way to find your size is by ordering belt that is two inches larger than your waist size. For example, if you have 36 inch waist, you need to get a size 38 belt. If you are still unsure about sizing, you can add extra holes for more adjustability.

    How do I find out bracelet sizing?
    At the moment, we currently have two width sizes: 1.5" and 2". However, we have more variety in length. Below is what wrist sizes would fit based on length:

    8" length, fits 4.75" - 5.75" wrist
    8.25" length, fits 5" - 6" wrist
    8.75" length, fits 5.5" - 6.5" wrist
    9" length, fits 5.75" - 6.75" wrist
    9.25" length, fits 6 - 7" wrist
    9.5" length, fits 6.25" - 7.25" wrist

    Do you have sizes smaller than 30?
    No, but you can contact us and we can see what we can do about it.

    Do you have sizes larger than 40?
    We have quite a few belts that are well over 40 at our location. Come down to visit us and see for yourself or you can contact us if you are looking for a specific belt.

    I would like to visit your store and make my purchase there. Where are you located?
    We are located in Downtown Los Angeles at the heart of the Fashion District. Our address and info can be found at our Yelp page.

    What kind of payments do you accept?
    We only accept PayPal on our website. If you do not have an account, that is okay. You are able to use all major credit cards to make the transaction. We also accept money order, however there is a longer wait as we do not start making the order until payment has been received and cleared. If you make your purchase at our store, you are able to pay with cash, credit card, check, or money order. We also have an ATM machine if needed.

    I would like to place a wholesale order. How do I proceed?
    You are required to order at least 24 items from our online and physical store. Use ONLY the pages that state wholesale for reduced pricing. Be aware that anything less than 24 items will result in the cancellation of the order. If you plan to order much less, please use the retail pages to place an order.

    What is the processing time for all orders?
    Order take about up to 5 business days for retail and 10 business days for wholesale. Often times, we will finish much quicker, but other times it will take longer depending on special requests and availability of leather.

    Are there any more alternative ways to order from you?
    Option #1: By Website/PayPal (Fastest and Easiest)
    Simply click on the item(s) you like to add to your cart from our website. A small window will open showing all you have added to your cart. Change the quantity if you wish to have more than one of a particular item. Once you find all that you want, click on "Pay with PayPal". You will be taken to the PayPal website where you can review all you have added. Click on continue if you do not have a PayPal account. If you do, simply log in to proceed to the next step. From there on, just follow the instructions and with a few clicks, your order will be placed and you will receive a receipt by email. Please allow up to 10 business days to process order. We will notify you when it has been shipped with tracking number. We will ship order via USPS Priority Mail.

    Option #2: By E-mail/Direct Order (By Website)
    Fill out the contact form requesting this method, include what you would like to order, include quantity and method of payment. We will calculate the total and reply to you with an e-mail which will include how to pay. Once we have received your payment, we will begin to process your order. Please allow 2-5 business days to process order. We will notify you when it has been shipped with tracking number. We will ship order via USPS Priority Mail.

    You can also checkout through our website and select 'Direct Order' option and fill out the form. You will receive email containing information on payment, processing, pick-up instructions and order summary.

    Option #3: By Pick-up (through Direct Order)
    If you rather pick up the order yourself, order online through our website and at checkout select Direct Order, fill out the form provided. You will receive an email order summary along with information on payment and pick-up instructions. We will process your order after we received your order. We will notify your order has been completed and when you can stop by to pick up your order. If you are coming from out of state or country at a specific time, we can hold your order until then. Just be sure to let us know.

    Option #4: By Phone
    Call us any day between 10am to 5pm. Let us know what you would like to order and the preferred payment method. You may either pay online via PayPal, Money Order, or Check (if you choose to pick-up). Provide us with basic information in order to notify you once the order has been completed for either shipment or pick-up.

    Option #5: By Fax
    Similar to the e-mail option, fax us what you would like to order, include quantity, name, telephone number, e-mail address, and method of payment. We will calculate the total and reply to you with an e-mail which will include how to pay. Once we have received your payment, we will begin to process your order. Please allow 2-5 business days to process order. We will notify you when it has been shipped along with tracking number. We will ship order via USPS Priority Mail.

    What are the shipping rates for orders?
    We use USPS Priority for all our orders, including international. Delivery within USA takes 2-3 business days and approx. 2 weeks for international.
    Shipping rate is the following:
    Retail:
    1 - 4 items = $7 shipping ($13.00 for Canada, $17.00 Everywhere else)
    5-10 items = $10.50 shipping ($26.00 for Canada, $34.00 Everywhere else)
    11-23 items = $15.00 shipping ($33.00 for Canada, $48.00 Everywhere else)
    Wholesale:
    24-39 items = $20.00 shipping ($40.00 for Canada, $61.00 Everywhere else)
    40 and more items = $30.00 shipping ($75.00 for Canada, $99.99 Everywhere else)


    Keep in mind that delivery times are estimations and it is possible that it may longer than expected due to customs and other factors. If you need faster shipping or full tracking, let us know.

    What are your policies?
    All sales are final for every order. Please make sure everything is correct before making payment. We do however accept exchanges in the event that we made a mistake, as long as it hasn't been worn, used, or damaged. You can also come by our store to make the exchange yourself.
