Q: Can I exchange an item I ordered online or get a refund?
A: If you are unhappy with your order, we would be pleased to accept an exchange. There will be a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. You may pay through PayPal or you can include money order or check along with item. Products that you exchange have to be unworn and in the condition that you received them, with the original box if possible. However, if defected in any way, we will not be able to exchange it. You may visit our location store for an exchange on the spot or mail it back to us. Be sure to contact us if you intend to exchange. As for refunds, all sales are final.

A: Our standard shipping for retail and wholesale orders is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days (US) and 6-10 business days (International)

Q: What kind of service will you be using to ship out orders?
A: We will be using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery to ship out retail and wholesale orders by default. However, we also provide other services such as UPS and FedEx varying in shipping time and cost.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive the items I ordered?
A: It takes approximately 1-5 business days to process orders due to making the products when receiving orders. Once shipped, costumers will receive order within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation. On average, for those who purchased, they received their orders within 3-5 business days after ordering.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: Can I find any of the items sold here at your store location?
A: You will be able to find some of our products that are online at our store, but others are only sold exclusively here.
Q: Do you have any more leather belts/belt buckles/leather bracelets?
A: We have many more items at our location. We picked out a few of our best selling products and included them on our online store. We will continue to update our website with new items as time goes on.
Q: Why are items on here only sold online?
A: There were many factors to our decision to sell some items through this website only. The most important one includes the great demand we have for these items. Because of technology and our business growing, now anyone who is not able to visit our store is able to order our best products online from any part of the world!
Q: Are all of your leather belts/leather bracelets real leather?
A: Yes they are. Cut from quality cowhide, you can notice the flesh side of our belts that shows genuine character with stretch and range marks. Also, all our products are made in U.S.A.
Q: How do I find out my belt sizing?
A: Use one of the methods below for determining your size.
Pant Size: Order 2 inches larger than your pant size. (Example: 32” pants, order a 34” belt)
Current Belt Size: Measure from the tip of the buckle (where the prong or tongue is located) to the hole currently used, if you measure 34” that is the size you need to order. We will make the 34” measurement the middle hole.
(Use the second method of measurement for women if uncertain about the inch size of pant or when you would like it as close as possible to your current belt)
The middle hole represents the size you chose. Additional holes are provided for adjustable fitting.

A: At the moment, we currently have two width sizes: 1.5" and 2". However, we have more variety in length. Below is what wrist sizes would fit based on length:
8" length, fits 4.75" - 5.75" wrist
8.25" length, fits 5" - 6" wrist
8.75" length, fits 5.5" - 6.5" wrist
9" length, fits 5.75" - 6.75" wrist
9.25" length, fits 6 - 7" wrist
9.5" length, fits 6.25" - 7.25" wrist
8" length, fits 4.75" - 5.75" wrist
8.25" length, fits 5" - 6" wrist

Q: How about the buckle? Does that affect the sizing?
A: Basic buckles add between 1 and 2 inches to the total belt plus the buckle measurement when the belt is fastened. If you are planning on using a very large buckle, such as a western style trophy buckle, a smaller belt size might be needed.
Q: Are there any alternative ways to order from you?
A: There are five ways you can order from us. Follow these instructions in order for a great and speedy transaction. At this time, we are only accept payments from PayPal and money order.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: At this time, we do not. We will be developing a catalog that costumers can look at in the upcoming months.
Q: Do you have belt sizes smaller than 30?
A: We currently do not. However, we are working on getting sizes smaller than 30 soon.
Q: Do you have belt sizes larger than 40?
A: We only have sizes larger than 40 in our store location. However, if you would like to know the maximum size for a particular belt, you may contact us.
Q: Do you send samples?
A: At the moment, we do not send samples. But you can come at our store location and see for yourself the quality of our merchandise. You can even try out any of our products before making a purchase.
